How far in advance should I book my service?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for standard services and 3-4 weeks for comprehensive detailing or design services. However, we do offer expedited and emergency services when available.
What happens after I submit my booking request?
After submitting your booking, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email. Within 24 hours, one of our service coordinators will contact you to confirm all details and answer any questions you may have.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled service without any penalty. Changes or cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Please contact our customer service team to make any changes.
Do I need to be present during the service?
It's not required, but we recommend having a representative present at the beginning and end of the service. Our team is fully insured and trusted by major aviation companies, so you can rest assured the aircraft is in good hands.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate purchase orders. Payment is typically processed after the service is completed and you've approved the work. For maintenance programs, we offer monthly or quarterly billing options.
